As Co-Facilitator for the Community Land Protection Program, Wlayor supports customary land formalization activities in the Southeast landscape, which includes setting up community land governance structures and supporting their regular coordination meetings, as well as working with key stakeholders to improve transparency and equitable land governance. Wlayor also supports collaboration meetings with local authorities and ensures their participation in project activities. She holds an Associate’s in Accounting from Stella Maris Polytechnic University, and has been with SDI since 2019.
