As a GIS Specialist, Arthur works directly with communities to collect geospatial data and map land boundaries. The information he collects is then disseminated across programs to serve as a reference point when assessing the status of community land. He is very passionate about transferring his technical knowledge to the communities with whom he works. In addition to his work with SDI, he also teaches computer science classes at a local community college. He has been with SDI since 2015 and holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration (with a double specialization in Economics and Information Systems) from the Ohio State University, as well as a Bachelor’s in Economics from Cuttington University.
